Light to Medium Towing

white car being towing by the blue towing truck
If you’ve read virtually any other page on the site you know what we’re going to say. We need to know what type of vehicle you’re driving or what type of vehicle you need us to tow to be able to get the right type of truck to your location. Light and medium towing services refer to the towing of sedans and they can refer to some of the smaller SUV type vehicles that are around these days. Let us know the model of your car and the year. We have a list that we keep that dictates what type of truck we need to use for any commercial vehicle.

Does My Vehicle Qualify For This Towing Service?
Usually, the answer is going to be yes. If you’re having this doubt something tells us that you’re not driving the typical sedan. Where do pick up trucks land? Well, that’s going to depend on the type and of course the size of the truck. A Ford F-150 maybe could fall under medium towing it really depends on the year. Some of the larger trucks on that line though could actually surpass the medium designation and be classified as heavy duty. In any case when in doubt we send the big guns in just to be sure!

How Is My Vehicle Going To Be Towed?
There are essentially two ways that we can potentially tow your vehicle. We can provide a wheel lift towing service. In these cases, we’ll just lift up the two front wheels of the car and leave the other two on the ground. This is considered a quick towing option for short trips. The other thing that we can do is tow it with a flatbed tow truck. This allows us to put the entire car on the back of the truck so that it doesn’t take any type of wear and tear while being towed.

What Condition Is The Vehicle In?
How your vehicle is ultimately going to be towed can be determined by the current condition and even the location of the vehicle. God forbid, but let’s say the vehicle fell into a lake or something like that. Then we would definitely need to bring a boom truck that could essentially pluck the vehicle out of where it currently lays. We could go on and on about hypothetical situations all day, to be honest. In the end, what’s important is that you know that we’ll find a way to help you out.

Long Distance Towing
Where do you need to go? If you’re not from around here it’s only natural that you need to get your car back to your hometown. If you sell a car you may also need to get it to another city, state, or whatever it may be. If you want to get a quote for a long-distance light towing service be sure to give us a call. You can be sure that we’ll keep your car safe at all times no matter where it’s going.
